Steel City Painting Services, Inc. was founded in 1984 and incorporated in 1990 under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Through the years, Steel City has worked closely with its clients to ensure that their needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. Steel City is committed to quality and customer oriented service that distinctly separates us from all others. Our highly skilled management team along with our technical expertise, quality workmanship, equipment, and facilities enable us to complete a full range of field projects. Our work ranges in size from relatively small, to large, complex projects, from specialized coatings and wallcovering, to standard interior acrylic wall finish.

Everyone working at Steel City is considered to be a partner. Each employee pitches in to get the job done, works in a friendly team environment and is encouraged to grow both professionally and personally. Office, shop, and craft personnel reflect the company's work load at any particular time and, as such, fluctuates. Steel City employees are subject to a company policy of a comprehensive drug-free workplace.

SAFETY
Safety is of utmost importance in all of Steel City's operations. Safety management is a full-time function, and adherence to established policies is vigorously enforced both in the field and in the office. Our Safety and Health Program Manual outlines all policies for our employees and is onhand at all times.

LABOR RELATIONS
Steel City consistently demonstrates a fair and reasonable attitude with craft labor. Under applicable circumstances, Steel City uses "national maintenance agreements" and various "site" or "project agreements".

To help our commercial customers with the process of obtaining a budget for their projects, we have established an on-line estimating program that can aid in the process of calculating a cost-budget. Our "Estimator" program is another example of our constantly changing organization, firmly committed to adapting the latest technological advances.
